Excellent Product
Ok so I see some bad reviews on this product and I couldnt help but want to put my 2 cents in.
First this headset is amazing there are actually two listening settings 1 is headset mode which is typical bluetooth some chopping but nothing you wouldn't expect from a bluetooth headset, the second mode is stereo headset which does not allow use of mic because it is for listening to music and movies or so and so, in this mode I love this set, but of course this is not a 200 dollar gaming set and the audio is not bose speaker quality but it is top notch in stereo mode and only hardcore audiofiles will notice.
Pros
You can fastforward, rewind, stop, pause, play, adjust the volume all from the earpiece controls, the learning curve is a little tricky but if you read the manual before you use this set you will learn how to use it
You can switch on the fly between stereo and headset mode so if you phone doubles as an mp3 player you will appreciate it, I use it with my computer which is awsome because all my equip is hooked up to it ps3,360,tv and I have to admit sitting on the bed with no cables to get tangled in while watching tv while everyone is sleeping is sweat, not to mention I wonder away from my computer all the time while listening to music or watching a show and I get reception from the bathroom and kitchen which are more than 30 ft away with very little drop out.
the audio adapter is nice with it you can connect to your pc, ipod, walkmen, phones or any other devises that dont support bluetooth, but do have a typical headphone jack, you can connect it with either just a 3.5mm jack for stereo headphone mode only or a y 3.5mm headset/mic adapter which are both included with your purchase so if your stuff is not bluetooth ready its not a problem sync your audio adapter with the headset and hook it up to enjoy wireless bliss, but remember if you gonna use the mic it has to be in headset mode and like I said its typical bluetooth quality.
If your equipment is bluetooth ready than you can plug in the adapter and use it as a spare battery charger so when your headset dies you pull the battery from the adapter and put the headset one on the charger not to mention you can use the adapter with a pc while its charging.
Battery life is excellent. I wear them all day and I get over 8 hours play time with music.
Cons
Big heads need not buy the headset is a set size and if your head is to big stay away.
The ear rest are not rubberized and since the fold thier is a gove inside the rest that tends to rub you the wrong way when worn for long times.
turns off if left on standby to long but this could be a good thing depending on your perspective.
Summary
I believe this is a fairly new company the blueant everyone knows is not the same blueant that makes these infact they had to change their name do to trademark issues they are now sporting the name naviblue and when I attempted to visit the website it wasnt up I have no idea who to contact about issues with the headset but alot of the complaints sound like they just didnt learn to use the set properly. This is a great set the whole time I've been writing this review I have been using them listening to music. All in all you definetely get your moneys worth I cant comment on customer service but the headset is nice.

Substandard Snooty Product support = Buyer Beware
I ordered the Blue Ant X5i from Shopcell - an Amazon market place vendor. While the product was delivered promptly enough, alas - it wouldn't even switch on.
My first step was to call "BLUEANT" customer support (North America) . After a moderate wait I was able to get a live support rep. We went over diagnostics, but within the first minute of the call, his question was "How much did you pay for this product?"..When I answered on Amazon.com - his response was " Must have been refurbished! - send it back to the seller!!"....When I mentioned the description says - brand new and it arrived in new packaging his answer didn't change.
At this point - it became pretty obvious that he'd lost all interest in the call and wanted to just get me off the phone...
Then I asked about their product warranty - I even have a product warranty card - he said, "call the seller first or return it to them!"....
What kind or condescending product support/warranty is this - product support has no business asking about product price...
I highly doubt their product warranty means anything to them or - or even if they will stand behind it.
Their product support and brand standards are probably just like their product - substandard and indifferent
Unfortunately I can't give them less than 1 star

Poor product, worse customer service from Toshiba
Purchased these headphones from Toshiba, volume control non-functional straight out of the packaging. Range is very poor, only 10-12 feet. Toshiba customer service less than minimally responsive.

x5 bluetooth headset
buyer beware!! These are designed nicely but sound quality really makes them not worth the price. No bass at all! Everything sounds "in a can" Also I charged the dongle overnight and it still wouldn't transmit audio without being placed into a power source! I returned them after two days! Due to unsatisfactory audio and dongle performace. Blueant's customer support just wanted to replace my headset with another, but luckily i purchased thru amazon so i was given a full refund instead. I would not recommend these at all. Blueant needs to go back to the drawing board with these. I decided to go with plantronics bluetooth headset and am 100% happy in all aspects now, check that bluetooth headset out instead. Just my 2 cents...
