im looking for a good quality digital camera. nothing too fancy and as inexpensive as possible haha. i really just want something small and simple that will take infocus pictures, because the camera i have now is not the best.

I have a relatively cheap Optoma InFocus projector that accepts VGA and S-Video input. I want to connect my Mac mini DVI out into it. Currently I convert the DVI into VGA. Would the picture quality be better if I convert the DVI into S-Video?

I have a Toshiba Satewllite A215-S4807 ( http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Toshiba-Satellite-15-4-Widescreen-Notebook-PC-A215-S4807/sem/rpsm/oid/185201/catOid/-12963/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do ) and an Optoma EP716 ( http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Optoma-Portable-Projector-EP716/sem/rpsm/oid/148338/catOid/-17221/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do ). The Toshiba will not project the DVD’s I play in it thru the projector. It says something about “display settings”. I tried messing with it to no avail. Help me!!!!! Please!!!!

I have 5 boxes of old carousel slide projector type slides that need to be converted to a digital format. Are there companies/sites/businesses that do it, or can I get some kind of funky computer peripheral to do it myself. Is it expensive?

Composite (yellow cable) will give you the lowest quality image. The Wii is only 480 resolution, but use the red/blue/green component ports (See link for info and pictures) for the best picture possible and feed audio to a suitable sound system (not the projector).
